You will receive a message from us when your items have been sent. Packages can be delayed, when postal services are over exhausted.

Refund:

We will refund your money or items under some conditions. We realize sometimes mistakes are made, and some items are purchased which are incorrect. We will exchange items as long as they haven’t been used, or if they are packaged, the packaging is still intact. All items are posted back at the buyer’s expense, and no refunds or exchanges are done before the items are returned to us. An inspection will be carried out of all items on their return, and a message sent to the buyer determining the outcome.
