All our products are shipped with a tracking number so you can keep updated with the location of your items. We use Australia Post for most of our parcels, and when we send your items, they are package in boxes or bubble wrap to protect them against any damage. We post all items between 24-48 hrs after cleared funds and on most occasions 3-6 business days is required before you will receive your package. You will receive a message from us when your items have been sent. Packages can be delayed, when postal services are over exhausted.

Refund:

We will refund your money or items under some conditions. We realize sometimes mistakes are made, and some items are purchased which are incorrect. We will exchange items as long as they haven’t been used, or if they are packaged, the packaging is still intact. All items are posted back at the buyer’s expense, and no refunds or exchanges are done before the items are returned to us. An inspection will be carried out of all items on their return, and a message sent to the buyer determining the outcome.
